AR is a full service advertising and branding agency specializing in fashion and luxury goods.
Job Description:
Provide support to the executive producer and assist with administrative tasks related to art buying, pre-production planning and research.
Responsibilities Include:
• Researching, requesting and tracking portfolios.
• Organizing model portfolios and casting.
• Researching options on wardrobe, props, hair and makeup stylists.
• Helping to create estimates, purchase orders and production books.
• Schedule visiting artist meetings/reviews with creative team members.
• Compile and review production binders/records.
• Assist in location research.
Suitable Background:
This position is suitable to either students or graduates with a positive, confident manner and superb organizational skills. Applicants must have excellent communication skills including writing skills and phone manner. Previous production experience is a plus, and so is a keen interest in photography and fashion. Candidates must also have a minimum three-day availability.
Compensation: Daily Stipend
